3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, messaging, and anti-spam regulations.
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Prohibited Actions
You must not:

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Misuse API access tokens or credentials.
5WhatsApp and Third-Party Integrations
Our platform relies on Meta's WhatsApp Business API and optional Google Sheets integrations.
Your use of these services is also subject to the respective providers' terms and policies (e.g., Meta's Terms for WhatsApp Business, Google's API Terms of Service).
We are not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or policy enforcement actions by Meta, Google, or other third parties.
6Payment and Subscription

- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8Intellectual Property
- All software, designs, text, graphics, and content provided by The1.Click remain our exclusive property.
- You retain ownership of your business data, message templates, and campaigns you create.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written consent.
9Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The1.Click is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Misuse the platform or integrations.
- Fail to pay subscription fees (if applicable).
Upon termination, your right to use the services will end immediately.
