1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OneClick / The1.Click ("OneClick", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by OneClick Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2Description of Services
OneClick provides a business-to-business (B2B) platform including:
- WhatsApp campaign management, message templates, contact management, shared inbox, and analytics.
- Integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.
- Optional integrations with third-party services, such as Google Sheets.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4WhatsApp Business Messaging Compliance
OneClick is designed to support compliant business messaging through the WhatsApp Business Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all contacts uploaded, imported, or messaged through OneClick have provided valid opt-in consent to receive WhatsApp messages from your business.
You must not use OneClick to send unsolicited messages, spam, or messages to purchased, scraped, rented, harvested, or otherwise unauthorized contact lists. You are responsible for maintaining records of consent and honoring opt-out, unsubscribe, block, deletion, and suppression requests.
You are responsible for ensuring that all message templates, campaign content, media, and customer communications comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Meta policies, applicable messaging laws, data protection laws, and anti-spam rules. 5Acceptable Use and Prohibited Use
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, messaging, and anti-spam regulations.
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Prohibited Actions
You must not use OneClick for:
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.
- Messaging contacts from purchased, scraped, harvested, rented, or otherwise unauthorized phone lists.
- Impersonation of any person, business, or entity.
- Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Illegal, hateful, abusive, or harmful content.
- Promoting goods or services prohibited under WhatsApp or Meta policies.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass WhatsApp messaging limits, quality controls, or template review.
- Unofficial WhatsApp Web automation, QR-session senders, browser automation, or scraping tools.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or gaining unauthorized access to Meta, WhatsApp, Google, or OneClick systems.
- Misusing API access tokens or credentials.
6Templates and Campaigns
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, consent basis, and policy compliance of templates, campaigns, media, and messages you create or send. OneClick may reject, pause, throttle, remove, or restrict templates or campaigns that appear non-compliant, abusive, misleading, risky, or harmful to deliverability or platform integrity.
7Suspension and Enforcement
OneClick may immediately suspend, throttle, pause, restrict, or terminate campaigns, templates, integrations, phone numbers, workspaces, tenants, or accounts if we believe the usage may violate applicable law, WhatsApp or Meta policies, third-party terms, user consent requirements, platform-integrity rules, security rules, or deliverability standards, or may create risk for OneClick, Meta, WhatsApp, our customers, or end users.
8WhatsApp and Third-Party Integrations
Our platform relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta and optional Google integrations.
Your use of these services is also subject to the respective providers' terms and policies (e.g., Meta's terms and policies for the WhatsApp Business Platform, and Google's API Terms of Service).
We are not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or policy enforcement actions by Meta, Google, or other third parties.
9Fees and Pass-Through Costs
- Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are provided at the time of purchase.
- Where subscriptions renew automatically, they renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law.
- Fees may be subject to taxes or VAT, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- Meta / WhatsApp conversation and message fees, carrier charges, and other third-party fees may be billed separately or passed through to you where applicable.
10Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Where OneClick processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the customer acts as the controller (or "business") and OneClick acts as the processor (or "service provider"), unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy or a separate Data Processing Addendum.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA, if applicable to you).
11Intellectual Property
- All software, designs, text, graphics, and content provided by OneClick remain our exclusive property.
- You retain ownership of your business data, message templates, and campaigns you create.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written consent.
12Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
13Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- OneClick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
14Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms, including the messaging compliance and acceptable use rules above.
- Misuse the platform or integrations.
- Fail to pay subscription fees (if applicable).
Upon termination, your right to use the services will end immediately.
15Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
