WhatsApp Compliance
OneClick is designed to support compliant business messaging through the WhatsApp Business Platform. This page summarizes the messaging rules that apply to every business using OneClick.
Opt-in consent is required
Businesses using OneClick must obtain valid opt-in consent from every contact before messaging them on WhatsApp. A contact must have agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from your business — for example through a website form, in-store sign-up, checkout flow, or an existing conversation.
You are responsible for keeping records of when and how each contact opted in.
Opt-out and unsubscribe handling
You must honor every opt-out, unsubscribe, block, deletion, or suppression request promptly. Contacts who opt out must not be messaged again unless they opt back in.
OneClick provides contact management tools to help you remove or suppress contacts who no longer wish to hear from you.
Approved message templates
Business-initiated WhatsApp messages must use message templates that have been submitted to and approved through the WhatsApp Business Platform template review process. OneClick only lets you send campaigns with approved templates.
Template content must be accurate, lawful, and consistent with WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
Prohibited use
You must not use OneClick for unsolicited bulk messaging or spam; messaging purchased, scraped, rented, harvested, or otherwise unauthorized contact lists; impersonation; deceptive or fraudulent content; illegal, hateful, abusive, or harmful content; or promoting goods and services prohibited under WhatsApp or Meta policies.
Bypassing WhatsApp messaging limits, quality controls, or template review — including unofficial WhatsApp Web automation, QR-session senders, browser automation, or scraping tools — is prohibited.
Your responsibility as a customer
You are solely responsible for the contacts you upload, the content you send, the consent basis behind your messaging, and compliance with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Meta policies, applicable messaging laws, data protection laws, and anti-spam rules.
Suspension and enforcement
OneClick may immediately suspend, throttle, pause, restrict, or terminate campaigns, templates, integrations, phone numbers, workspaces, or accounts that appear to violate these rules, applicable law, or WhatsApp / Meta policies, or that create risk for OneClick, Meta, WhatsApp, customers, or end users.
Data handling
OneClick processes WhatsApp Business Account data, contacts, templates, campaigns, message logs, and webhook events to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Integration credentials are stored encrypted, and data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the service, under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.
