About OneClick

OneClick is a WhatsApp customer engagement platform built for businesses in MENA. The platform helps teams connect their WhatsApp Business Account, manage approved message templates, organize contacts, send compliant campaigns, and handle customer replies from a shared inbox.

OneClick (also known as The1.Click) is operated by OneClick Technology, registered in Jordan. We started OneClick because businesses in our region live on WhatsApp — it is where their customers ask questions, place orders, and expect updates — yet most teams were juggling personal phones and spreadsheets to keep up. We built OneClick to give those teams one place to run WhatsApp customer engagement properly: built on the WhatsApp Business Platform, designed around opt-in consent, approved templates, and measurable campaigns.
